Dalit 1 Estate is one of the commercial estates fully managed by the SLDB. Located about 55km out from Keningau town the estate was established in 1998.

Litang

Litang Estate is one of the commercial estates fully managed by the SLDB. Located about 68 km from Lahad Datu town the estate was established in 1992 through the ‘Graduate Farming Programme’.

Keningau Agro Venture

The Keningau Agro Venture (KAV) is a joint venture project between the SLDB and SAFODA officially signed in 2011 to rehabilitate Karamatoi scheme, but the tree project was replace by the oil palm crop.

CPO Mill

The Sabah Land Development Board’s newest asset is the

2. Keningau Palm Oil Mill (KPOM)

The main activity is the processing of fresh fruit bunches (FFB) and “The kernel crushing plant.”
