Establishment

LKTNS is a Statutory Body established under the Sabah Land Development Board Enactment (No. 23 of 1981) to develop and implement projects for generating revenue and for purposes related thereto.

To implement development programs aimed at transforming rural areas in Sabah into regions that are attractive, progressive, and profitable.To practice systematic management methods and efficient use of resources.To develop participants to become skilled, self-reliant, and competitive individuals.

To drive the transformation of rural areas in Sabah through an integrated land development agenda carried out commercially with modern agricultural technology, aimed at improving the well-being of rural communities.

To be the leading catalyst and implementing agency for rural land development based on the food industry in Sabah.
